Do you offer same-day appliance repair?+
Some customers get same-day service and others a next-day visit. Live availability shows while you book, or call us.
Which areas do you serve?+
We serve Sacramento, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lodi, Antelope, North Highlands, Foothill Farms, Rio Linda, Elverta, Florin, Lemon Hill and Vineyard.
Do I pay when I book online?+
No payment is needed to reserve. The $80 service call is paid at your home, or with PayPal or a credit card.
Which brands do you repair?+
All major brands, including premium and built-in appliances. Tell us the brand and model when you book.
Is it worth repairing my appliance or should I replace it?+
A common rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than about half the price of a new one and the appliance is not near the end of its life, repair usually wins.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Call us as early as you can and we will find another window.
What appliances do you repair?+
We repair refrigerators, ice makers, freezers, ranges, washers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers and dryers, and we install new appliances.
What are your hours?+
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
Where are you based?+
2512 47th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95822. We come to your home in 17 communities around Sacramento.
How do I pay?+
At your home, or with PayPal or a credit card. No payment is needed to reserve a visit online.
Do you use genuine parts?+
Our repairs use genuine, manufacturer-approved parts, and our services come with a warranty. Call (209) 843-0080 for the details.
What should I have ready when I book?+
The brand, the model number and a short description of the problem. If the appliance shows an error code, write it down first.
Do you install new appliances?+
Yes. Appliance installation is one of our services. See the installation page for what it covers.
